Scope of the Role


The Executive Assistant role is focused on producing highquality detailed work based on established standards guidelines and procedures. This position requires precision consistency and a patient methodical approach to handle and complete one task at a time. A stable work environment built on welldefined processes and strong relationships promotes steady errorfree output. Job knowledge and competency are developed through structured training and supportive coaching from management and peers.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage executive schedules appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in project management and followup on tasks and deadlines.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing data entry and managing office supplies.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors on behalf of the executives.
  • Support various departments with administrative needs as required.


Requirements:

  • 35 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Familiarity with industries such as manufacturing automotive aerospace energy production or similar
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce errorfree work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Proficiency with GSuite
  • Experience working with Zapier.
  • ERP System
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Selfmotivated with a collaborative approach and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
