Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Assistant you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for resolving inquiries providing information and handling various customerrelated tasks. This position requires strong communication skills empathy and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone email chat or inperson interactions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Process orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Stay uptodate on product knowledge company policies and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and performance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Empathy and the ability to actively listen to customers’ concerns.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
