Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Department Support: Assist with various activities within the Accounting Department ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to support business decisionmaking.
- Lead Internal Audits: Oversee and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Departmental Financial Assistance: Provide support to all departments with financial problems and questions promoting a culture of financial literacy.
- MonthEnd Processes: Manage and complete monthend processes addressing and resolving any outstanding issues.
- Executive Support: Assist the CFO and CEO with their financial needs providing valuable insights and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related business field.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the manufacturing sector.
