Job Description

Overview

A building stones startup company specializing in the production of building materials is looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities establishing strong relationships with customers and promoting our unique building stones building materials.



Requirements

About the Role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for building stones building materials.

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research and networking.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for architects contractors developers and other key decisionmakers in the construction industry.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials sales collateral and advertising campaigns to support sales efforts.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals quotes and contracts to customers negotiating terms and closing deals.

  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and business growth.

  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts reports and updates to management.

  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.

  • Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to showcase our building stones building materials and network with potential customers and partners.

  • Stay updated on industry trends building codes and regulations related to building stones building materials.

About You

  • You hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field.

  • You have a proven track record of success in sales preferably in the construction materials industry.

  • You possess a robust knowledge of the construction industry including familiarity with architectural design building materials and construction methods.

  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

  • You are excellent at negotiation and persuasion with a focus on achieving winwin outcomes.

  • You can work independently and as part of a team collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments.

  • You are selfmotivated and goaloriented with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).

  • You are willing to travel frequently to meet with customers attend events and visit project sites



Benefits

Net monthly compensation with an additional incentive bonus depending on performance. There is also room for growth based on performance.
