Job Description

We are currently on the lookout for a Security Incident Responder for one of our clients in the cloud sector!

Work model: Fully Remote
Location: Poland

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first line of availability for customers responding to issues for managed security services.
  • Monitor internal infrastructure and customer events on their systems.
  • Respond to customer incident tickets and internal routing while ensuring effective task assignment to internal teams.
  • Follow workflow procedures of an operations center in a large global environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customerfacing role preferably within the information technology industry.
  • Familiarity with the Internet including technologies and fundamental protocols such as DNS TCP/IP and HTTP.
  • Basic networking and Linux knowledge.
  • Ability to analyze prioritize and escalate customer security attacks engaging with appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity and basic knowledge about common security threats.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with fluency in English.
