About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Creative Resource Manager to join our dynamic creative agency. As a Creative Resource Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient allocation of resources project management and overall operational success of the agency. You will be the central point of contact for resource requests project timelines and Asana management working closely with the account team and creative staff to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Resource Allocation:

• Receive and evaluate resource requests from account teams and project managers.
• Assign appropriate creative staff (designers copywriters etc.) to projects based on skills availability and project requirements.
• Manage and maintain an accurate resource allocation schedule.
• Identify and resolve resource conflicts or shortages proactively.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with account teams to establish project timelines and milestones.
• Create and update project plans in Asana ensuring tasks are assigned deadlines are tracked and progress is monitored.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Identify and address potential project risks or delays.

Asana Management:

• Serve as the agency's Asana expert providing training and support to team members.
• Ensure Asana projects are set up correctly with clear task structures and appropriate permissions.
• Monitor Asana for updates changes and potential issues.
• Generate reports and insights from Asana data to inform decisionmaking.

Expenses:

• Track and manage project expenses ensuring they are within budget.
• Process invoices and expense reports for creative staff and freelancers.
• Slack Responses: Monitor Slack channels for resource requests project updates and general inquiries.
• Provide timely and helpful responses to inquiries from team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in resource management or project management preferably in a creative agency environment.
• Excellent organizational time management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Asana or similar project management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Google Suite and Microsoft Tools proficiency
• SmartSheet exp is beneficial/plus
• A selfstarter
