Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Reston VA for an exciting opportunity with our client. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Commerce customer experiences capabilities and architecture with a strong understanding of solution design system capabilities and data models.

Responsibilities:

1. Prior working experience in Commerce customer experiences capabilities architecture.
2. Ability to understand the Solution design System capabilities Data Models and plan the experience/technical user stories/tickets for development teams.
3. Collaborate with Development leads for story/ticket creation for programs where Solution design is not needed.
4. Understand APIs/Graphs and have handson experience with Postman GraphiQL Swagger GUI tools to analyze APIs.
5. Prior working experience in Middleware services like REST/Web with JSON and ability to design/create API payloads based on requirements/solution design.
6. Support triaging root causes in case of any issues in the applications/systems.
7. Create functional/technical documentation and relative artifacts (Activity/Process flow diagram HighLevel Sequence diagram Use Case Grid Impacted Systems and Required Changes Key Metrics Rough level of estimate etc.).
8. Possess excellent communication skills.
9. Good to have a development background in Java/.Net/Microservices.
10. Good to have experience in handling tools like Rally/Jira.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of API Testing Postman Tools and JSON.
• Experience with Middleware services like REST/Web with JSON.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Development background in Java/.Net/Microservices is a plus.
• Experience with tools like Rally/Jira is preferred.
