Requirements

What you ll do
  • Cultivate longlasting relationships with current and prospective partners
  • Collaborate with partners on business strategies and assist in implementation
  • Setup multiple facetoface meetings over the course of each day
  • Use strong communication and goalorientation skills to achieve KPIs
  • Execute our differentiation strategy in your market
  • Daily networking to build customer base for lead generation
  • Capture daily activity within market on CRM

Qualifications:
  • Live within the working territory north of the Arkansas River
  • Bachelor s degree or more than 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills: written verbal and listening
  • Insurance experience is not required
  • Strong computer decisionmaking time management and organizational skills
  • You have a valid driver s license and a dependable personal vehicle
