Job Description

Job Title: Admin Executive
Experience: 3 Years
Location: Chennai
Salary: 34 LPA
Industry Requirement: Pharma industry experience is a must
Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.



Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Admin Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles specifically within the pharmaceutical industry. This role requires a highly organized proactive individual who can handle a variety of administrative tasks to support our operations.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee daily office operations and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Ensure the office environment is wellmaintained and equipped for optimal productivity.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and other staff members.
  • Schedule meetings manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records reports and documentation as required.
  • Manage and organize company documents ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence directing them to appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Organize and coordinate company events meetings and conferences.
  • Arrange logistics and provide support during events.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving and process improvement.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
