Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our clients team. This role primarily focuses on nonIT recruitment encompassing various sectors such as administration finance marketing sales operations and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing attracting and hiring toptier candidates across diverse roles within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for nonIT positions.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
  3. Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards social media networking referrals and other channels to identify potential candidates.
  4. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates qualifications skills and fit for the organization.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  6. Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with candidates providing timely and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
  8. Partner with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed to support recruitment efforts.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends best practices and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
  10. Assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment principles practices and techniques.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  5. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in candidate assessment and documentation.
  6. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations particularly as they relate to recruitment and selection processes.
  7. Creative thinking and problemsolving skills to address recruitment challenges and obstacles.
  8. Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs and priorities.
