Plan, coordinate, communicate and engage delegates and monitor progress and implementation of the Leadership Program delivery, as well as other programs listed in the role scope and the job dimensions above
Coordinate attendance, shifting schedules, management of venues, catering, venue arrangements, programs evaluation, content review and updates, distribution of learning materials to participants
Update the data related to the attendance in LMSes and generate progress reports
Distribute leadership evaluation assessments and reports to the delegates, as well as other materials – electronically and in hard copies when required
Full Time
