Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation plans to achieve the business objectives of the Asset.
- Lead the planning, implementation and deployment effort for the Asset annual plan, long term 5 Year Plan and the associated implementation monitoring procedures and required resources.
- Lead the planning, implementation and deployment to prepare the performance management plan and to cascade the developed and approved organization Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the all asset operation organization level and functions, service providers and contractors.
- Maximize the impact of the Asset Business Plan on the Asset contribution value.
- Promote coordination, procedures and responsibilities between all departments to obtain required information for the Company Business Planning activities.
- Supervise and ensure regular reporting and communication procedures for business planning to the various organization levels.
