Job Description
- Manage all aspects of operations work with the Production team to prioritize operation opportunities.
- Ensure safe work is carried out throughout the production function.
- Address development and management of safe operation systems and procedures and operations of facilities.
- Manage department personnel to produce their best performance and impact the production positively.
- Manage and maintain the Asset Baseline operation and maintenance activities to sustain production at best maximum output.
- Apply best operation practices and ensure continuous improvement processes are in place and productively implemented.
