Job Description
Role Overview
Responsibility for carrying on the preventive and corrective maintenance of the Signaling (SIG) and Traffic Light Control (TLC) Systems
What are my responsibilities
Preventive and corrective maintenance tasks including of repairs of the SIG Systems (SICAS Interlocking VICOS IMU Electrical and Mechanical point machines).
Preventive and corrective maintenance tasks of Traffic Light Control Systems (TLC Controller LED lights Pedestrian push buttons etc.)
Install hardware and troubleshoot SIG and TLC issues.
Transforming of maintenance data into electronically useable formats.
Complete all necessary coaching and assessments to be able to reach to an expert level of technician as per requirement of maintenance organization.
Support of maintenance staff in the maintenance of SIG and TLC systems.
Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements
What do I need to qualify for this job
knowledge of Signaling systems and Traffic Light Control systems hardware and software analytical thinking skills.
Has a good knowledge of Signaling and Traffic light control tools and equipment.
Qatar light vehicle driving license.
CMMS Software
Is in good physical condition
Is 21 years or above
Meets requirements of fitness class 1.
Has a Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of work experience.
Has 3 years of experience in the field of Signaling and TLC installation commissioning or maintenance.
Has a good command of both the spoken and written English language.
