Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Consultant to join our team. The Learning Consultant will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to assess learning needs develop strategic learning solutions and drive organizational performance through effective learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design adult learning principles and learning technology.
Job Description
Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
Design and develop comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning materials including elearning modules instructorled training and performance support tools.
Oversee the implementation and delivery of learning programs ensuring quality and consistency across all initiatives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions through data analysis feedback collection and performance metrics tracking.
Provide expertise and guidance on learning technologies platforms and trends to support innovative learning solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including HR professionals department heads and business leaders to ensure alignment and support for learning initiatives.
Lead change management efforts related to learning initiatives providing support and guidance to employees as they adapt to new learning methods and technologies.
Stay current on industry best practices emerging trends and technologies in learning and development through continuous learning and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education Instructional Design Organizational Development or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- With experience in learning and development instructional design or related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles instructional design methodologies and performance improvement strategies.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) elearning authoring tools and multimedia development software.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
