Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a HubSpot Functional Expert to assist with a project involving HubSpot and NetSuite integration. The candidate will work with our team to customize HubSpot forms (especially deals and quotes forms) and assist with ensuring seamless integration with NetSuite using an existing connector.
Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure HubSpot forms particularly deals and quotes forms.
- Provide functional expertise in aligning HubSpot workflows with client requirements
- Collaborate with the technical team to support the integration between HubSpot and NetSuite.
- Assist in mapping HubSpot data to NetSuite using a thirdparty connector (FarApp). Ensure smooth data flow between the two platforms and troubleshoot any issues.
- Liaise with clients to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
Requirement:
- Extensive experience with HubSpot specifically in configuring forms and workflows
- Understanding of HubSpot CRM functionalities especially deals and quotes management.
- Experience with HubSpot to NetSuite integrations.
- Familiarity with thirdparty connectors like FarApp (preferred) or similar tools
- Strong communication skills to work with technical teams and clients
- Ability to start immediately and work on a project basis
