1. Account
Maintain full set account including daily official receipt issuance ensure proper maintenance of sales and purchase record
Perform monthly closing and prepare monthly profit & loss for management
Ensure proper maintenance of Fixed Asset
Liase with auditor tax agents and co sec when neccesary
Other account related work as deemed appropriate
2. Admin
Monitor and maintain company admin matter such as insurance license and contract
3. HR
Ensure proper employee record at all time (Staff info insurance attendance and advance record etc)
Daily update of staff attendance prepare monthly attendance report for payroll purpose
Maintain staff KPI record
Requirements
Education: Accounting Certificate / Degree / Diploma / Autocount system
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Age : Below 40 years old
