Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with quotations sales orders and invoices. Help implement sales strategies.
- Customer Relations: Act as the primary contact for customers addressing queries and maintaining positive relationships.
- Order Management: Track orders from receipt to delivery ensuring timely fulfillment and coordination with logistics.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain sales records in the CRM system and prepare sales reports.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing technical production and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM software.
