- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Hire & Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Stay uptodate with new product launches in IT and ensure sales team members are on board
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales manager/Cloud Sales Manager in IT/Cloud/Web Hosting Industry
- Experience managing a high performance sales team
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problemsolving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- BSc or Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Sales Business Administration or relevant field
Bachelor's degree in , Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with CRM software a plus Deep understanding of the IT industry (a plus)
