Job Description
• Responsible of delivery of High level and Low level designs and documents for the proposed monitoring solution for different business services.
• Act as subject matter expert for support teams, project team, demand team and integrators to ensure that monitoring requirements are understood, documented, and delivered to a high standard.
• Governance of data and deliverable quality for suppliers and technical tools engineering team.
• Professional, respectful and customer-focused, operating with integrity in all aspects of their duties.
• Drives improvements in day to day operations and engineering activities of the tools and automation team
