You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailIn this interesting role, you will provide issuance of identification cards for Qatar Airways (QR) Group Employees, consultants and contractors for the entry into the respective Qatar Airways (QR) Group facilities and processing Airport and Vehichle Permits for Qatar Airways (QR) Group employees and visitors including all administrative support to the Group security identification card and airport and permit offices by handling correspondence, communicating, collating information and maintaining records on daily basis. Accountabilities: • Process the employee enrolment verification in the GEMS system and review for identification cards across Qatar Airways (QR) Group in order to maintain correct and accurate staff detail information. • Scheduling appointments for the issuance of an identification cards. • Taking the employee and contractors photographs and ensure that the photographs aretaken in accorandance with Qatar Airways (QR) Group grooming standards, with the supervision of a grooming supervisor or an officer. • Issuance of an identification cards that correspond to the appropiate system access levels to Qatar Airways (QR) Group employees, consultants and contractors, it include processing and storinf the fingerprint biometrics in an identification card system. • Maintaining electronic records of all transactions involving the issuance process of an identification cards by updating the Qatar Airways (QR) internal workflow system to confirm an issuance. • Process the request of the lost or stolen identification cards during an employee seperation clearance process and record it accordingly in the system. • Process the collection and cancellation of an identification cards during an emlpoyee seperation clearance process and record it accordingly in the system. • Processing and issuance of HIA Passenger Loading Bridge cards for flight deck and cabin crew, including the request for cabin crew temporary access to HIA and DIA. • Perform regular inventory to ensure the necessary stock inventory of printing equipment and consumables is properly maintained. • Requests review and the processing of an employees and visitors airport and vehicle permits via internal and external system. Qualifications High School Qualification or Equivalent Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Essential: • Good understanding of the operation of standard office equipment • Knowledge of clerical and adminitsrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping • Excellent written and spoken English language skills • Attention to details Preferred: • Good knowledge of MS Office and Photoshop applications • Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural, multinational environment • Knowledge of the principles and practices of basic office management Internal Application Guidelines Employees must submit applications through internal vacancies portal (via GEMS) only.
