About the Role
Designation : Technical Associate (Mechanical)
- Trouble shooting of m/c runnability issues & quality issues
- Breakdown analysis (fish bone analysis & 5W analysis
- Training & Skill development of PAs
- Data analysis & project based improvements
- Implementing TPM Activities on the shop floor
- Shop floor updates to respective specialist
- Monitoring & ensuring breaktime deaning
- Ensuring weekly cleaning as per checklist & planned job completion
- Ensuring spare part availability & creation of orders
- planned maintenance activity
- Quality rounds of shifts
- Corrective actions against quality complaints
- Preparation of CAPA against internal/market complaints
- Waste accounting & Waste analysis
- Output booking
- Adherence to SOP (Brand change/Operation Change/EHS)
- Ensuring CILT audits/tagging/detagging
- Ensuring downtime entries in SIS online shop floor data collection & management system
- Data preparation for daily performance monitoring & control session
- Conducting performance review sessions with machine crew

Job Requirements
Work Experience: Between 3 to 8 Years (In Maintenance)
Qualification: Diploma
% Score in Exam : Min. 60% Aggregate in Diploma
