Job Description

  • Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead HR-related change initiatives and projects.
  • Organize and oversee regular performance reviews to assess and improve employee performance.
  • Implement and manage 360-degree feedback processes.
  • Establish systems for providing constructive feedback to employees.
  • Assist in setting and aligning performance goals and objectives with organizational goals.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate employees' skills and competencies.
  • Utilize tools to understand employee personalities and improve team dynamics.
  • Assess training and development needs across the organization.
  • Mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management.
  • Implement programs to boost morale and employee engagement.
  • Provide support and advice to employees regarding work-related issues.
  • Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and employment standards.
  • Design and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed for new employees.
  • Manage salary structures and ensure competitive compensation.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
  • Identify training needs and arrange for necessary learning and development programs.
  • Assist employees with career development plans and growth opportunities.
  • Develop training programs for future leaders within the organization.
  • Manage and maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  • Keep comprehensive HR records and manage HR documentation.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage the HR department’s budget and expenses.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
  • Identify and prepare future leaders within the organization.
  • Implement and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
