Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify land requirements and potential issues on capital projects, acquisition or development programs
- Provide facilitation in unique land issues, claims, negotiations recognizing precedent-setting impacts
- Support and implement the annual integrated public awareness program
- Direct and/or advise contract land agents, appraisal experts, consulting foresters and surveyors, contractors involved with property matters and ownership
- Ensure data within the land database is current and accurate.
