We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician in monitoring network security VoIP and cloud solutions for our San Jose CR office location.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor IT infrastructure including network VoIP and security devices.
- Monitor cloud environment to support Microsoft Windows desktop and servers.
- Assist and support in IT ticket resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure overall quality and efficiency.
Job Qualifications & Skills
- Experience using IT Monitoring Tools like Endpoint Manager PRTG or Zabbix.
- 2 years of networking and security support using FORTINET solutions.
- 2 years of support in VMWARE and CITRIX cloud environment.
- 2 years of support in Microsoft Windows desktops and servers.
- 1 years of support in VoIP environment using Cisco Unified Communication.
- 1 years of support in Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Strong verbal and communication skills both in English and Spanish.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with collaborative tools like Microsoft TEAMS.
Good to Have
- Experience working with Microsoft PowerShell or Linux Shell.
- Being able to run and finish asynchronous tasks.
- Knowledge of using AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with agile methodologies like SCRUM.
