Job Description
Areas of responsibilities:
- Ensures adherence to defined TA guidelines, processes, and procedures, systems & tools and ensures achievement of agreed performance standards.
- Supports development and implements recruiting standards in order to ensure effective
- staffing in the organization.
- Partner with P&O operations and P&O business partners or line management in related matters.
- Support plans and executes projects/initiatives to improve recruiting processes.
- Drive recruiting specific transactions such as intake meetings, assessments & P&O interviews for applications in process, active sourcing for roles, offer & negotiation, workflows, candidate engagement etc.
- Responds to routine/non routine inquiries from hiring managers & applicants on operational and at escalation level.
