Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for creation and execution of technology partnership contracts through the contracting process.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of contracts with Siemens Contract Policy.
This includes ensuring compliance with the applicable signing authority matrix; validating that proper approvals are obtained and documented; and facilitating the contract execution process. Functional responsibilities include working with new and renewal contracts, management of our Adobe sign, a transition to, and management of, our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, Icertis, and maintenance and reporting of contract attributes and related data.
