Quality Support Operator

What do your main activities consist of?:

• Receives, processes, records, coordinates and distributes quality data.
• Utilizes automated tools for efficient and dynamic data collection.
• Builds/ Uses real-time dashboards with data analysis and drill-in functions for ad-hoc investigation
• Analyses quality information and supports quality processes in assigned units.
• Accumulates statistical data and performs special research, verification and data gathering projects on request.
• Cooperates with management, auditors & other interested parties, clarifies and provides requested data.
• Meets with quality Assurance personnel to establish requirements for services presented to customers and others.
