**Position: Corporate Recruiter** Manufacturing
**Responsibilities:**
**Recruiting (85%)**
Manage fullcycle recruiting: sourcing screening interviewing negotiating offers and onboarding.
Lead recruitment planning with stakeholders to define expectations and candidate profiles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies; manage 30 requisitions across locations.
Source and qualify top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter; meet performance metrics.
Provide regular updates to the Director Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
**Compliance/Administration (15%)**
Ensure hiring processes comply with EEO ADA veterans hiring guidelines and OFCCP.
Maintain a strong candidate network and provide status updates as required.
**Qualifications:**
5 years in corporate or agency recruiting.
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelors degree preferred.
Proficiency in ATS systems (Workday) GSuite and recruiting tools.
Strong organizational communication and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple searches and build strong relationships.
