Job Description
What part will you play?
- Receive requests for offers from regions and sales responsible.
- Understand request content and apply further clarification activities.
- Create Bill of Materials (BoM) for offer (E.g. Circuit breaker, transformers, mechanical lists).
- Check special design content and prepare design to order (dto) files and drawings.
- Prepare secondary device list in line with electrical engineering.
- Collect up-to-date data (price and lead time) for related BoMs and devices (from procurement team and SAP).
- Prepare new offer preparation documents (E.g. Single Line Diagram, technical specification, General arrangement).
- Calculate new cost items for the order.
