Title: Supply Chain Engineering Analyst
Location: San Antonio TX
Duration: 12 Months
Description:
Local Candidates Only San Antonio

Shift: 5:30am 4pm Monday Thursday 10 hour days

**Need candidates that are Engineering Analysts and not so much transportation candidates.

  • Process Improvement Implementation
  • Solid understanding and experience of Supply Chain in a Warehouse setting
  • Supply Chain Engineering has an exciting opportunity for Engineering Analysts. The Engineering Analyst will report to the Supply Chain Engineering Manager and is accountable to support the daytoday activities interfacing with Supply Chain and Production initiatives.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Deployment and keep of Lean Material Flow strategies at the plant and supporting warehouse
  • Establish and maintain standard work instructions for plant specific materials team members
  • Ownership of layouts for supply chain managed footprints
  • Ownership of data analysis for upcoming products (jobs)
  • New parts setup on warehouse and line side production
  • Delivery method definition based on forecast
  • Support Material Handling and Receiving team

  • Experience presenting to all levels
  • Ability to set priorities multitask and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively with teams to deliver results
  • Attention to detail willingness to achieve high standards and continuously improve
  • Strong IT skills working in several current and developing systems including Microsoft Excel Power point Word Power BI
  • Selfstarter motivated professional with strong written verbal and presentation communications skills
  • High level of accountability ownership for tasks with little supervision
