Our client a wellestablished lettings agency in Tottenham is looking for a driven and personable Property Viewing Agent to join their growing team.

About the Role:

In this dynamic role youll be the key point of contact for potential tenants showcasing their fantastic rental properties and ensuring a smooth viewing experience. Youll play a vital role in securing tenancies by providing exceptional customer service and highlighting the best features of each property.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct viewings for prospective tenants showcasing properties and answering questions..
• Meet with existing tenants addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Carry out routine property inspections identifying and reporting maintenance needs.
• Build positive relationships with tenants contractors and the wider property management team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
• A natural people person with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a reliable car (Travel costs reimbursed).
• No prior lettings experience necessary but a passion for property is a plus!
