Job Description
- Identify, measure, and manage key risks within defined potential loss parameters
- Develop and implement a Risk Management Framework appropriate for a banking institution
- Propagate risk consciousness across the organisation through effective communication strategies
- Constantly monitor key risks relative to defined risk tolerances
- Report on the state of risk to relevant stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner
- Regularly test the relevance and effectiveness of the Risk Management Framework, ensuring its implementation across all levels of the organisation
