Responsibilities: 1?? Collaborate closely with the Service and Project Operation team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services as per customer agreements. 2?? Work in tandem with our Finance team to oversee accurate invoice generation and efficient payment collection in line with customer agreements. 3?? Manage and cultivate relationships with key customers at the opportunity management level, serving as their primary point of contact. 4?? Expand our customer base by strategically covering all assigned accounts in alignment with enterprise strategies. 5?? Engage with partners and suppliers, addressing pricing inquiries, new product introductions, delivery challenges, and market coverage. 6?? Prepare compelling commercial proposals for customers, encompassing both technical and commercial aspects, to drive sales growth. 7?? Contribute to our organization's success through data-driven analysis, effective people management, and a commitment to innovation. Stay updated on the latest industry technologies and products, offering recommendations for enhanced customer satisfaction and increased sales.
