Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing youll play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns. Job Responsibilities:
- Management of Mailchimp Email Database: Maintain and optimize our email database on Mailchimp ensuring effective segmentation and engagement strategies.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the performance of all digital marketing campaigns analyzing metrics against predefined goals such as ROI and KPIs.
- Design Collateral Creation: Utilize Adobe InDesign to craft visually stunning brochures pamphlets and large format signage that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Digital Asset Design: Develop captivating digital assets using tools like Canva Photoshop and Illustrator ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
- Strategic Brainstorming: Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate innovative growth strategies leveraging market insights and consumer trends.
- Agency and Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies and vendor partners to execute campaigns effectively fostering productive relationships and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Design or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of handson experience in digital marketing coupled with at least 3 years of design experience supported by a robust portfolio showcasing your creativity and skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in WordPress SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing). A solid understanding of website development languages such as HTML CSS and JavaScript is desirable.
- Campaign Management: Demonstrable experience in effectively managing marketing databases email marketing campaigns social media campaigns and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Audience Engagement: Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate users.
- Analytics: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics NetInsight Omniture and WebTrends. Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and a datadriven mindset capable of leveraging data to make informed decisions and drive marketing strategies.
- Trend Awareness: Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement ensuring that strategies are in line with industry advancements and consumer behaviors.
