Growth Consultant

We are seeking a highly driven Growth Consultant to join our ambitious growth team. This role is ideal for someone who is driven by learning and exploring and is passionate about making a change in the fintech sector.

You will be part of Kwara s newly formed Growth team that is entirely focused on growing online member activity at SACCOs using Kwara. Our processes and strategies aren t set in stone yet so this is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is deeply curious innovative flexible and willing to put in the hard work to figure things out. The targets of the growth team are of high strategic importance to the company so you ll be working together directly with the leadership team.

On a daily basis you will:

• Learn learn learn
  
• Analyze data to come to actionable insights and inform strategies
  
• Deeply understand the challenges and goals of your SACCOs
  
• Figure out solutions to problems and develop best practices
  
• Develop growth project plans for SACCOs and manage those projects
  
• Offer consultative services to SACCOs to reach their growth ambitions
  
• Collaborate with our Product & Engineering teams to improve our growth features
  

Requirements

4. Maturity: you are confident about your capabilities and come across cool and collected
   

Our interviews and case studies are designed to test you actively for this. You should only apply if you are ready for an intense interview process including a takehome assessment and an inperson session at the Kwara House in Lavington which requires preparation role play and active engagement with our BizOps lead and Cofounder/COO.

We also care about the below secondary requirements:

• Bachelors degree
  
• At least 4 years of work experience
  
• Strong data analysis skills
• Intrinsic desire to learn about SACCOs and fintech
  
• Excellent relationshipbuilding skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and Swahili
  
• Ability to multitask organize and consistently deliver highquality work
