Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the negotiation, structuring, and execution of new transactions
- Conduct due diligence on new transactions, analyzing risk and structuring deals to mitigate risk
- Prepare internal memos, credit applications, and presentation materials
- Build and manipulate financial models for projections and sensitivity analyses
- Monitor and manage existing transactions, including credit reviews and processing of waivers and amendments
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and clients, to complete transactions
- Conduct research and analytics on specific sectors, regions, or loans, staying abreast of industry trends and market conditions
