Job Description
- Supporting the global SuccessFactors HR Systems including process design, evaluation, configuration, project management and testing support
- Processing the organisation's human resource information using efficient and cost-effective computer systems and applications
- Researching, analysing, designing, configuring, and maintaining information systems in support of human resource administration and projects
- Partnering with various teams such as Talent Management, Compensation, Learning & Development, HR Generalist, and Benefits teams to design processes and make recommendations for improvements via technology
- Documenting requirements, development, implementation, and testing of new or redesigned systems, reports, and procedures for HR to ensure efficient business processes
