Job Description
- Act as the principal point of engagement and business partner for a business function, taking accountability for IT Delivery, Incidents, Technology Vision/Roadmap, IT investment plan and IT Supplier Management.
- Demonstrate leadership skills while considering stakeholder perspectives.
- Negotiate effectively and know when to escalate issues.
- Communicate, escalate and manage incidents efficiently.
- Act as an internal management consultant to frame business concerns using in-house and supplier team members.
- Interpret business needs and apply technology to enable them.
