Job Summary

In this role, your key responsibility is to support day-to-day hotels operations from the owner side, providing assistance and support on various stages from hotel acquisition to ongoing operations. You will research on potential hotel leads and assist the Director of Operations to populate all reports related to the hotels operations. You will review and propose amendments on Share Purchase Agreement, Hospitality Management Agreement in the best interest of the company.
Key Accountabilities
• Initiate and conduct research on hotels leads – covering all aspects such as brand recognition, location, inventory, overall guest satisfaction, services and facility, identity direct competitor and create SWOT analyze when needed
• Review hospitality management contracts and deliver comments highlighting any risk for the company as a potential new owner
• Strategic and analytical support to cover varying levels of complexity for investment decisions, project management and post investment analysis, all of these to be delivered within agreed timescales. Manage, capture and integrate market intelligence into strategic planning, ensuring appropriate focus on delivering competitive advantage
• Regular monitoring and optimal investment of ‘owners’ account balances
• Regular review of existing projects with any risks and opportunity being highlighted as the project is delivered and ensuring corrective action is taken to bring the project back in line with approved benefits. Responsible for ensuring that all tax, insurance, legal and statutory requirements are met
• Manage, track and report on multiple projects (acquisitions, ongoing operations, holding companies setup) and coordinating various activities with internal and external teams
• Draft the agenda for Board meetings. Ensure issuance of minutes of meetings, track action items, and escalate issues for resolution
• Track and keep record of all management fees structure and payment to the division
• Ensure all invoices are approved and paid, with ongoing tracking, reporting and escalation
• Contribute to the Share Purchase Agreement review conducted by all the team to protect the company interest
• During Pre-Acquisition, review all terms of the hospitality management contract
• Review Capex proposal and follow-up on date of implementation, cost variance, review hand-over reports and monitor return on investment
