Control M Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES
Well versed in ControlM Server/EM/Agents/application plugins configuration and installation.
Expertise in ControlM product administration and job scheduling
Study and implement new design and solution for integrating ControlM with other tools and
documenting it.
Well versed and strong in scripting (Shell Scripting Python Ansible Java Nodejs and PowerShell) and ADO CI/CD pipeline.
Study and validate new versions of ControlM patches and plugins released by the vendor and validate the new features to mitigate any existing risk or enhance the application.
Should be well versed with maintain and running the software that supports the scheduling system which includes installation upgrades configuration maintenance and control of the scheduling softwares security.
Well versed in ControlM AAPI to automate solutions using them and document it.
Provide design and plan for ControlM migration upgrade new plugins commission / decommission etc for the SRE team to implement.
Responsible to study and implement new design and solution for integrating ControlM with other tools and documenting it.
Experience in integrating ControlM with tools like Service Now ITOM ServiceNow OneVault ADO
Create and maintain detailed implementation plan test plan and report.
Create/update new matrix for any new roles defined for the environment and own the Security Matrix.
Ensuring proper documentation for work performed
Management of robust SOPs training communication
Automate BAU tasks for the ControlM SRE and WO team and help in reducing the manual toil invested
in the repetitive tasks.
Well versed in ControlM AAPI to automate solutions using them and document it for the other teams to
refer and follow.
Strong scripting skills in UNIX Shell PowerShell Python Windows Batch Perl
Well versed in scripting (Shell Scripting Python Ansible) and ADO CI/CD pipeline.
Capable of developing scripts programs for automation and integration with other systems and tools in the bank
Provide technical and mentoring SME knowledge support to the wider EBM Team on scripting/coding
Participating in code reviews troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis as an SME
Works closely with team members on testing upgrades and configuration of ControlM system and services
Develop and maintain ControlM Solutions/frameworks to be used by the wider EBM team and by ControlM endusers
Work on ControlM batch solutions for integration with DevOps Framework
Work with Business Customers Section Managers Project Managers Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts in a professional and collaborative manner to define strategies and implementation approaches
Diagnose and debug issues in existing ControlM environments and solutions and recommend enhancements
