Prestigious Central London cosmetic surgery & aesthetic business are looking for an experienced NonSurgical Sales Manager to take responsibility for meeting sales targets of nonsurgical treatments (therapist & nurseled) through optimising new client sales (consulting) and supporting & managing practitioners throughout the sales process.

Please note the role requires previous experience from a salesfocused cosmetic surgery/ aesthetics background with previous experience selling nonsurgical treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- To design a personalised treatment program for new clients focusing on closing the sale during the consultation and ensuring clients are booked in as requested for appointments
- Working with team of Aesthetic Therapists and Nurses to ensure clinic nonsurgical sales targets are met by identifying sales opportunities and closing sales for therapists
- Ensuring fivestar customer services are provided throughout the customer journey from consultation to appointment booking treatment and follow up
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Administrative duties in relation to sale relevant paperwork etc. and sharing this with teams
- Meeting nonsurgical sales targets on a monthly basis meeting own consultation targets and managing team of practitioners to achieve theirs
- Resolving Client complaints related to nonsurgical treatments
- Development of nonsurgical department liaising with Management
Requirements
- This role would suit a current nonsurgical sales manager or a consulting clinic manager
- aesthetics/nonsurgical sales: 5 years minimum
- sales management : 5 years minimum
