ResponsibilitiesThis position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.Ensures that quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and measured for effectiveness.Monitors contractual performance and costs, and takes action to correct discrepant conditionsMonitors the performance of department, branch, and section personnel and the submissions of required reports and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).Plan and implement projectsHelp define project scope, goals and deliverablesDefine tasks and required resourcesManage project teamManage budgetAllocate project resourcesCreate schedule and project timelineTrack deliverablesSupport and direct teamMonitor and report on project progressPresent to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutionsImplement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputsEvaluate and assess result of projectMonitors contractual performance and costs and takes action to correct discrepant conditionsPerforms other duties and assignments as requiredQualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, Facilities, Contracts or related fieldSix Sigma Green Belt Certification desiredPMP certification desired.Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)Must be a U.S. Citizen
