How do you contribute to the team

As we continue to expand our reach and elevate our online presence were seeking a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team for 3 days a weekon a freelance basis. If youre passionate about leveraging datadriven insights to deliver measurable results and thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment we want to hear from you!

You will work on various channels and you will be part of our Growth team which consists of performance marketing growth marketing and business analytics. This role requires both a handson mentality creativity and strategic thinking.

Main tasks/responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand locations and products towards our endusers;
• Strategize execute and optimise (paid) performance marketing campaigns across diverse channels like Google Ads affiliates TikTok and Meta to boost our locations visibility;
• Utilise your expertise to enhance organic search results (SEO) and collaborate with our agency to achieve measurable outcomes;
• Develop captivating email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention;
• Craft highconverting content including ad copy email copy and landing pages aligned with our marketing objectives;
• Analyse campaign performance delivering datadriven insights and actionable recommendations.

We are likely to be a match if you:

• You are a selfstarter who is proactive handson curious and motivated. You want to go the extra mile. You get the job done!;
• Proven 24 years of handson experience in SEO SEA (including Performance Max and App campaigns) TikTok Meta email marketing and landing page optimization;
• Understanding in Google Tag Manager and GA4 for conversion tracking;
• Proficiency in tools such as Google/Microsoft Ads Editor and Zapier for automating customer match lists;
• Demonstrated proactive approach to testing new advertising features and pioneering projects within the account ecosystem;
• Experience managing budgets higher than 100k monthly with ROAS and POAS optimization;
• Expertise in planning audience segmentation strategies across all channels and being adept at rules automations (Google Meta Microsoft etc.) as well as creating and populating audiences in social media channels for crosschannel advertising;
• Strong analytical and datadriven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into immediate strategic actions;
• Exceptional writing skills capable of crafting compelling ad copy landing page content and other marketing collateral that drives engagement and conversions;
• Fluent or native Dutch speaker with proficient English language skills (both verbal and written);
• Availability to work in our office for 3 days a week;
