Who Are you

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on both operationaland whitecollar roles.
  • Full proficiency in English (read written and spoken) is required. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and innovative transportation solutions is a plus.
  • What are you going to do

    • You will support the team in managing the recruitment and onboarding process including posting job openings screening resumes conducting interviews and facilitating new hire orientations.
    • Proactively source candidates (operational & white collar) through extensive research on various recruiting channels relationship building complex internet searches existing talent pool database searching.
    • Work with the Hiring Manager to determine job requirements.
    • Assist on administrative tasks in case of need.
    • Promote the companys reputation as a great place to work.
