Our mission is to educate the market so that organizations large small private or public can get the most benefits from using the Google Workspace office productivity applications and readytouse cloud services from Google Cloud Platform.

You can actually find us anywhere in Poland Romania Hungary and Ukraine. Thanks to our remotefirst strategy FOTC employees can work from wherever they want. Our headquarter is located in the center of Wrocaw Poland and everyone is welcome there no matter if they want to meet in person or just have a sip of good coffee.

As an official Google Cloud Partner we are in contact with Google marketers engineers and strategists to better meet the needs of local businesses. We maintain cooperation with over 2000 companies from 7 countries in the CEE region to help them leverage the potential of the cloud.

Senior Marketing Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and refine marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.
• Conduct indepth market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends opportunities and challenges.
• Curate endtoend client journeys (that incorporate digital social content events forums) to create meaningful engagement with decision makers and influencers
• Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media email and events ensuring seamless implementation and timely delivery.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling long and short form content and creative assets that engage our audience and drive action.
• Utilise data to track and measure campaign performance identify areas for improvement and optimise strategies for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales technology and customer success to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organisation.
• Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in marketing and leverage this knowledge to innovate and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing with a focus on developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. Practical understanding of B2B marketing is an additional advantage.
• Experienced in leading projects from inception to completion demonstrating effective project management skills and the ability to drive results.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple priorities at once
• Fluency in English (C1)
• Proven track record of success in driving results and exceeding targets in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data draw conclusions and make datadriven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Creativity strategic thinking and a passion for marketing innovation
• Availability in CET timezone
