Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. We aim to have a highquality diversified candidate pool for every position. This role will be liaising with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop creative strategies to find the best talent globally. This individual will be responsible for acquiring talent for the Recruitment team partnering with talent partners and advocating for talent in the Recruitment process. What You Will Do:

• Use social networks (LinkedIn Facebook Twitter etc.) and specialty platforms (GitHub) to connect and engage with potential candidates
• Log prospect and candidate information in our CRM and/or ATS
• Identify new methods of sourcing for highquality prospects
• Review resumes and conduct prospect screens
• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting partners to identify future hiring needs and proactively source top talent
• Partner closely with recruiters crossfunctional teams and business and HR leaders to share intel and help hire the best talent
• Partner with our Talent Brand & Marketing team to help develop marketingrelated content

About You:

• Fluent Polish & English language skills
• Experience required in Strategic Talent Sourcing and Recruiting
• Proven experience crafting sourcing channels that are aligned with current and future pipeline needs including developing a sourcing strategy to support diverse hiring needs
• Networking ability to continuously generate a healthy and diverse pool of candidates
• Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership stakeholders
• Shown to handle conflicting priorities while being very adaptable agile and flexible
• Detailoriented the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple deadlineoriented projects is essential

Other Qualifications:

• Experience with skillsbased sourcing passive talent generation and sourcing for prospects through multiple channels (web social professional networks internal networks etc.)
• Professional Services Sourcing specifically Implementation Consultants Technical Consultants and Project Managers for all levels of an organization is preferred
• You can operate independently and also collaborate with the greater Recruiting team
