Strategic HR Management:

- Execute HR planning and strategy discussions, aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talents.

- Oversee significant HR projects, transformations, and change management initiatives.

Advanced HR Administration:

- Ensure rigorous adherence to labor laws and corporate policies through the development and oversight of compliant HR practices.

- Manage complex employee relations cases, providing expert advice and ensuring legal compliance.

- Direct the administration of employee benefits programs and negotiations with vendors and service providers.

Leadership and Development:

- Coach and mentor HR staff to foster professional growth and operational excellence.

- Conduct the performance management process, including administrating the performance appraisal methods that reflect the organization's values and objectives.

- Design and facilitate targeted training programs to enhance employee skills and retention.

Payroll Oversight:

- Supervise the payroll function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

- Evaluate and refine payroll procedures and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Compliance and Ethical Governance:

- Monitor changes in employment legislation, updating internal policies in line with new laws and best practices.

- Conduct audits of HR activities to ensure compliance and address any discrepancies promptly.

Office Administration:

- Streamline office operations and procedures to improve efficiency.

- Manage contracts and negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office leases.
