Job Summary:

As a Cold Calling/Lead Generation Intern you will be an integral part of our growth strategy learning the ropes of outbound calling lead qualification and building relationships with potential clients.

TimeZone: EST/PST 7 PM4 AM or 10 PM7 AM IST

Responsibilities include and is not limited to:

Prospecting and Cold Calling:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients introducing them to our SMMA services.
• Learn effective communication strategies to generate interest and curiosity.

Lead Qualification:

• Work on qualifying leads based on predefined criteria gaining insights into client needs and pain points.
• Gather essential information about prospects for the sales team.

Database Management:

• Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
• Learn and contribute to expanding the prospect database.

Collaboration with Team:

• Collaborate with the sales team providing assistance and contributing to team discussions.
• Attend regular meetings to learn about strategies feedback and industry insights.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends competitors and changes in the digital marketing landscape.
• Provide insights and feedback on market conditions and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A basic understanding of social media marketing concepts is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced work environment.
