About the Role
As freelance support for Christophe Robin you will support our key retail business with sellthrough oriented training programs servicing our luxury retail partners and act as the main point of contact for these teams.

Hours per week will range from 2025 hrs. split between 2 location Stanford Shopping Center 550 STANFORD SHOPPING CTR Palo Alto CA 94304 & Neiman Marcus Palo Alto 400 Stanford Shopping Ctr Palo Alto CA 94304

Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsibilities
Act as a Brand Ambassador for Christophe Robin effectively communicating the brands ethos
Create a luxury experience with brandspecific selling behavior including product demonstration
Achieve sales objectives by connecting with clients and engaging in sellthrough activity
Express a passion for beauty and haircare
Achievement of weekly sales targets & KPIs to grow the business
Complete weekly training/sellthrough reports.

Minimum Qualifications :

Requirements
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build a rapport and establish trust with customers
Previous experience in luxury sales preferably beauty advisory
Enthusiastic and proactive approach to customer service
